Nurbaini (Nuri) Auger
President & Founder
Nuri was born in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. At the age of 3 years she moved to Jakarta, capital city of Indonesia. Nuri likes to do social activities, and one of those was “Save the Turtles” in Labuan, Banten, West Java, Indonesia. One of her dreams is to help underprivileged women to be independent and able to support their family. Nuri married to Mark Auger and has 3 children. They moved to the USA in 2004 and remained until now. Due to her moving back to USA, her dream to help them back there was still remained in her head. She decided to pursue her dream by gathering couple friends and met once in a week to discuss how to bring a better life in the future for these women in Banten, Indonesia.
After numerous times meeting, she is so relief that all her friends here in USA and Indonesia gave her full support to bring together, with her vision and fully commitment, finally she legalized a non-profit organization through “Indonesian Three Magnolias, Inc., on August 6, 2015.
As a co-founder, her vision to help other marginal women to have a better life in Banten areas, Indonesia will be touched by our heart for the better future.
Mia Heacock
Secretary of the Board
Mia is a member to the organization. She brings technology technical background to help ITM organization reach the new level of support.
Mia is currently a full-time employee at Avenu Inc where she works as a Software QA Tester for a Town/City Municipality Technology.
She received Associate Degree from Middlesex Community College and attended University of Massachusetts-Lowell for Mathematics and Computing. Mia’s creativity has exposed her to variety of Indonesian Culture Shows where she is a designer and a model. In her ITM role, Mia will be able to assist the area of internet information technology and public relations.
Mia moved to the Boston area in 1990 from Semarang and Jakarta Indonesia when she was 14 1/2 years old. She attended Hingham and Whitman Hanson High School back in the early 90s.
Now, in her spare time, Mia is a part time mom to her adult growing daughter and son, an avid NH Hiker and fellow admin/moderator to several NH Hiking groups, a rock climber, fitness enthusiast, and outdoor adventure lover where she shares with her husband Jason in and around New Hampshire area.
Shinta Auger
Treasurer
Shinta is a new member to the organization.
She was born in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. She Attended Padjadjaran University in Japanese Language & Literature and Associate Degree at Community College in Computerized Accounting.
She had 4 years experience in event organizer and worked in both national event in Indonesia and also international event in Melbourne, Australia.
After that she worked in Aviation & Aerospace industry in Jakarta, Indonesia for 5 years, and moved to the United States in 2015.
Since married and have kids she has been focusing and spending her time for her family. In her spare time, sometimes she does volunteering, running & training for her marathon race, and started in 2021, she raised money for charity in every race that she accomplished. She run for a good cause and for more motivation, because it helps her feel good about making a positive contribution not only for her health but also to a society. Indonesian Three Magnolias is one of non-profit organization that she support.
