Nurbaini (Nuri) Auger
President & Founder

Nuri was born in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. At the age of 3 years she moved to Jakarta, capital city of Indonesia. Nuri likes to do social activities, and one of those was “Save the Turtles” in Labuan, Banten, West Java, Indonesia. One of her dreams is to help underprivileged women to be independent and able to support their family. Nuri married to Mark Auger and has 3 children. They moved to the USA in 2004 and remained until now. Due to her moving back to USA, her dream to help them back there was still remained in her head. She decided to pursue her dream by gathering couple friends and met once in a week to discuss how to bring a better life in the future for these women in Banten, Indonesia.

After numerous times meeting, she is so relief that all her friends here in USA and Indonesia gave her full support to bring together, with her vision and fully commitment, finally she legalized a non-profit organization through “Indonesian Three Magnolias, Inc., on August 6, 2015.

As a co-founder, her vision to help other marginal women to have a better life in Banten areas, Indonesia will be touched by our heart for the better future.


Mia Heacock

Secretary of the Board

Mia is a new member to the organization. She brings technology technical background to help ITM organization reach the new level of support.

Mia is currently a full-time employee at Netnumber Inc where she works as a Developer Tester for a Telecommunications Technology. She received Associate Degree from Middlesex Community College and attended University of Massachusetts-Lowell for Mathematics and Computing. Mia’s creativity has exposed her to variety of Indonesian Culture Shows where she is a designer and a model. In her ITM role, Mia will be able to assist the area of internet information technology and public relations.

Mia moved to the Boston area in 1990 from Semarang and Jakarta Indonesia when she was 14 1/2 years old. She attended Hingham and Whitman Hanson High School back in the early 90s.

Now, in her spare time, Mia is a part time mom to her teenage daughter and son, a hockey mom, a rock climber, fitness enthusiast, and outdoor adventure lover where she shares with her husband Jason in and around New Hampshire area.


Yana Regan
Treasurer & Co-Founder

Yana was born in Borneo, Indonesia. She was raised for much of her early life by her beloved grandmother, Nuriah, in this adventurous land, experiencing its 140 million year old rainforest.

From about age six until she started college, Yana returned to the island of Java to be raised by her birth parents, Saidah and Muhammad. She saw firsthand the generosity of her parents, always providing for others who were in need – feeding the hungry, providing clothing for the less fortunate, helping raise other’s children, and much more. Her parents continued these good deeds until their passing in 2013 & 2014. Having such inspiring role models in her life has had a great impact on Yana and she has always tried to emulate her parents and continue their philanthropic ways. Indonesian Three Magnolias (ITM) affords Yana the means to continue her parents lessons of giving back to the community, providing to those in need the necessary monetary, education, religious and social support they need to succeed.

Yana joined ITM in August, 2015 as its initial treasurer. She is passionate about working with the organization’s dedicated board and achieving ITM’s goal of eliminating the burdens of poverty and elevating the social status of Indonesian women.

In her role, Yana is responsible for ITM’s accounting, internet information technology and public relations. She brings her seventeen years of experience being office manager for a law and accounting firm to ITM. Additionally, Yana has had over twenty years of experience in many sectors, including finance, marketing, real estate and politics. Her wealth of experience allows to be flexible and adaptable to the many situations fundraising for ITM presents and she welcomes the exciting challenges.

Yana lives by the motto (reflected in the organization’s symbol): “Let’s work together, hand-in-hand, to eliminate poverty and improve the lives of women through education and increased opportunities.” In her spare time, Yana loves swimming, travelling and cooking.


Tuti Hamdiah

Tuti becomes Indonesia representative of ITM America. She is giving a hand to make proposal and an idea how to develop the organization especially to the implementation of program ITM in Indonesia.

Tuti is retired from multi nation company as financial specialist and also treasury. She is study of civil law in Indonesia. Got cerftificate for project management from Royal Institute Project Administration London UK and attending Economic study at University of Maine Orono. ME. USA.

Along her professional experience been partnership with Harvard International Institute and Development as Project Cordinator for Economics Ministry in Indonesia. As financial specialist for project aid from JBIC and world Bank. Tuti currently working at BNI life insurance as AD.
